Despite all destruction means that have been used by the regime and its Russian allies including vacuum missiles, cluster bombs, the regime’s lust for killing has not been satisfied yet.
Therefore, the regime and the Russians resumed their air attacks on the southern countryside of Idlib. At 06:50 a.m. this morning, some warplanes attacked Khan Shaikhoon with missiles loaded with unidentified poisonous gases, presumably Serine and Organic phosphorous, or might be chlorine.
This brutal attack cause about 3000 injuries and about 50 deaths among civilians – the number is liable to increase every other hour. Many staff members of the Civil Defense were injured while rescuing the injured. All injured were transferred to field hospitals and specialized hospitals around Idlib Province.
This attack comes just one day after suspected Russian warplanes destroyed Mua’aret Al Nu’aman Central Hospital. The hospital was rendered completely inoperable.
It seems that the Russians wanted to destroy this hospital prior to the chemical attack to anticipate any efforts to save the injured thereafter. This destroyed hospital is one of the biggest and most important hospital in Idlib Province.
The situation is now very stunning as the number of injuries is much bigger than the capacity of the available hospitals. Medical Staff in the area are all alerted and working with their utmost capacity to deal with this catastrophic situation despite all circumstances.
The medical facilities are originally suffering the lack of protective clothes and gas mask to deal with such poisonous gases.
This attack comes just one day after a barrel attack by the regime’s helicopters on Al Habeet in the northern countryside of Hama. 17 injuries were spotted.
This brutal campaign by the regime would not have been possible without a green light by the international community.
One Syria wondered if the United States and its allies have returned the chemical weapons they said to have confiscated after Al Ghuttah chemical attacks.
This is death with a new taste i.e. death without bloodshed, and by this the Syrians have now experienced all types of death ranging from death under torture, death under debris or overseas while escaping death by fleeing the country. And now again with chemical poisonous gases.
This is a clear message by the regime and its allies that they will continue targeting all aspects of life in the liberated areas. They seem to have been committed to the slogan they raised in 2011 ” Assad, or we burn the country” Medical staff members also want to convey their message to the regime and its allies that they will continue their efforts to save lives and provide medical services.
They are committed to this doctrine even if it costs them their lives themselves. The will to survive will never die and criminals will vanish away.
